Terms of Service
These terms explain the software access, subscription model and responsible-use limits that apply when using OddsTips.
Subscriptions and billing
Premium features may be offered through weekly, monthly, 3-month, 6-month or annual subscription periods when enabled. Web purchases may be processed by supported web payment providers. iOS and Android purchases are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play billing where required.
No wagering services
OddsTips is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, exchange or gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, hold betting funds, process betting payouts or place bets for users.
No guaranteed outcomes
Analysis results, statistics, odds signals, market coverage and notifications are informational only. OddsTips does not guarantee predictions, profit, financial outcomes or betting success.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for complying with local laws, platform rules and age restrictions. Do not use the service where sports betting or related activity is prohibited.
Cancellation
Subscription cancellation and refund handling depend on the payment channel used. App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be managed through the user account on the relevant store. Web subscriptions must be managed through the web billing flow or support channel.
